Tucked away in a serene space in a quiet neighborhood in Leavenworth, Kansas, Heather Cassmeyer offers a wide arrange of skin & nail services, all with the goal of creating healthy glowing skin & nails. Focusing on advanced cutting edge treatments, Heather's clients enjoy her years of experience in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, body waxing, advanced skin & body treatments just to name a few.
Heather holds her Manicuring & Esthetics (Skin Care) licenses in Kansas and was previously licensed in Missouri. Heather was also a licensed Educator in both Skin and Nails and now loves sharing this education with her clients to help them achieve the best outcomes with skin and nail care.
Heather has also earned an International Diploma and is ITEC certified. Heather then started & taught the ITEC program in the Kansas City area. This qualifies Heather to work in over 33 countries. This training gave Heather the knowledge of European & other International skincare ways which she loves to share.

Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled time is set aside especially for you. Please be considerate of both my time and yours and allow me ample time to schedule other guests if you aren't able to make your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to schedule appointment time will be assessed a charge equal to the value to scheduled service(s). If appointment is part of a Series that appointment will come off the number of appointments included in the series.
Cancellations resulting from client not cancelling and not appearing for scheduled appointment(s) will be assessed a charge equal to the full value of the scheduled service(s). If client has other services booked at that time all services will be cancelled. The client will also be restricted from online scheduling privileges. If appointment is part of a Series that appointment will come off the number of appointments included in the series.

Payment
Cash, Visa and Master Card are accepted for spa services, gift certificates and product. Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated in reflection to how you
enjoyed your serivce(s).
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for spa services, products or in any domination. Gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash or refunded. Please see button above to purchase Gift Certificates. Please note Blissful Escape Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please note some packages will have to be scheduled in a advanced so please schedule these as far in advance as possible to make sure Blissful Escape Spa can do its best to accommodate your schedule.
Sanitation
For your health all the implements used are disinfected utilitizing hospital grade disinfectants. Linens including sheets, towels and robes are washed in bleach and a mild detergent. The spa is cleaned with hospital grade disinfectants where applicable.
Attire
Robes or Wraps are provided for your comfort level if receiving multiple services.
Shower
A shower is provided for you to use if necessary, to return to work or to refresh yourself before or after spa treatments.
Please let Heather know if you would like to take advantage of this Courtesy as soon are you arrive.
Beverages
The spa provides complimentary water, coffee and tea.
Little Ones
It is the goal of Blissful Escape Spa to provide a quiet and safe atmosphere for all of our clients. We ask that children not be brought into the spa unless they are scheduled for an appointment. Their safety is our first concern.
Blissful Escape Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue and adjust pricing on all services.
